وعن ابن عمر رضي الله عنهما عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال‏:‏ ‏ "‏ كلكم راعٍ، وكلكم مسئول عن رعيته، والأمير راعٍ، والرجل راعٍ على أهل بيته؛ والمرأة راعية على بيت زوجها وولده، فكلكم راعٍ، وكلكم مسؤول عن رعيته‏"‏ ‏(‏‏(‏متفق عليه‏)‏‏)‏‏.‏

Ibn 'Umar (May Allah be pleased with them) reported:
The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "All of you are guardians and are responsible for your subjects. The ruler is a guardian of his subjects, the man is a guardian of his family, the woman is a guardian and is responsible for her husband's house and his offspring; and so all of you are guardians and are responsible for your subjects."

İbni Ömer (Allah Onlardan razı olsun)’dan rivayet edildiğine göre Rasulullah (sallallahu aleyhi vesellem) şöyle buyurdu: “Hepiniz çobansınız, hepiniz güttüğünüz sürüden sorumlusunuz. Amir memurlarının çobanıdır. Erkek, aile ve çocuklarının çobanıdır. Kadın da evinin ve çocuklarının çobanıdır. O halde hepiniz birer çobansınız ve hepiniz idareniz altında bulunanlardan sorumlusunuz.” (Buhari,Cuma 11, Müslim, İmara 20)

ABDULLAH IBN OMER prenosi da je Allahov Poslanik, sallallahu ‘alejhi ve selleme, rekao: "Svi ste vi pastiri, i svaki pastir bit će odgovoran za svoje stado. Vladar je pastir, čovjek je pastir svojoj porodici, žena je pastirica u kući svoga muža i njegove djece. Svi ste vi, dakle, pastiri i svi ste odgovorni za svoje stado." (Sahih)

Ibn `Umar, Allahs Wohlgefallen auf beiden, berichtete; Der Prophet, Allahs Segen und Heil auf ihm, sagte: Wahrlich, ihr seid alle Hirten, und jeder von euch ist verantwortlich für seine Herde: der Amir (Führer), der über alle Menschen eingesetzt worden ist, ist ein Hirte, und er ist verantwortlich für seine Herde. Und der Mann ist für seine Leute in seinem Haushalt ein Hirte, und er ist verantwortlich für seine Herde. Und die Frau ist für den Haushalt ihres Mannes und für ihre Kinder eine Hirtin, und sie ist verantwortlich für sie. Und der Diener eines anderen ist ein Hirte in Bezug auf den Besitz seines Herrn, und er ist verantwortlich für diesen Besitz. Wahrlich, ihr seid dann alle Hirten, und jeder von euch ist verantwortlich für seine Herde.
