Hadith on Friday: Be careful not to cause annoyance during the Friday sermon

Abdullah ibn Busr reported: A man came to the Friday prayer stepping over the necks of people while the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, was delivering a sermon. The Prophet said, “Sit down, for you have caused a disturbance.”

Grade: Sahih (authentic) according to Al-Albani

قَالَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ بُسْرٍ جَاءَ رَجُلٌ يَتَخَطَّى رِقَابَ النَّاسِ يَوْمَ الْجُمُعَةِ وَالنَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَخْطُبُ فَقَالَ لَهُ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ اجْلِسْ فَقَدْ آذَيْتَ

1118 سنن أبي داود كِتَاب الصَّلَاةِ تَفْرِيعِ أَبْوَابِ الْجُمُعَةِ اجلس فقد آذيت
